SERVICES WE PROVIDE
Holistic & Evidenced-Based Mental Healthcare
General Diagnosis
Your provider will conduct a comprehensive 60–90 minute evaluation to establish an accurate diagnosis. Together, you will create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique mental health needs.
Medication Management
Follow-up appointments, lasting 20–60 minutes, will be scheduled at regular intervals to monitor the effectiveness of your treatment plan. During these visits, we will discuss progress, challenges, any medication side effects, and make adjustments as needed to support your overall wellness.
GeneSite Testing
GeneSight® Testing helps personalize your medication plan by showing how your genes may affect your response to psychiatric medications. It can identify which meds may need dose changes, may not work well, or may cause more side effects based on your DNA. By using GeneSight, we can make more informed decisions about your treatment-helping you find the right medication sooner.
Behavioral Modification
Using motivational interviewing, your provider will work with you to create behavioral modifications that lead to lasting results. These may include adjustments to diet, exercise, positive affirmations, and mindfulness practices.
Looking Beyond the Basics
The body functions as an interconnected system, and care is focused on identifying and addressing potential medical contributors to mental health symptoms—such as thyroid dysfunction, hormone imbalances, or vitamin deficiencies. When these issues are present, appropriate treatment will be provided or a referral to a trusted specialist will be made as needed.
